Miki Farmer is a content creator, entrepreneur, and first-gen immigrant who turned isolation into a movement.

After moving overseas with nothing but ambition and pressure on his shoulders, he quickly realised how difficult it was to find real friendships, genuine mentors, and a community that truly got it. So instead of waiting for the right people he built the space he wished existed.

Miki is the founder of The Miki Farmer Studios, a modern media agency helping creators, startups, and service-based businesses grow through high-impact content, personal branding, and strategy. He’s helped businesses launch, creators monetize, and international students kickstart side hustles from scratch all while staying deeply rooted in community-first values.

But Lead Club is different.
This one’s personal.

It’s built for students, newcomers, and dreamers who want more than just events — they want belonging, alignment, and people to grow with.

Miki doesn’t just build businesses.

Mohit is a grounded, emotionally intelligent leader who brings calm, clarity, and depth to the heart of Lead Club.

Shaped by a life of constant change, shifting cities, and starting over, Mohit learned how to build real connection in the places where it’s hardest to find. Through it all, he’s stayed deeply intentional, down-to-earth, and driven by one purpose:
to create spaces where people feel safe, seen, and supported  without having to perform or pretend.

At Lead Club, Mohit is more than a co-founder.
He’s the emotional backbone, the real talk, and the reminder that true leadership starts with empathy.
